Who we are

This website is run by Lone Star Builders LLC, 410 Congress Ave, 78701, Austin. Ask about anything here through the demo request form, or write to the address in your reply from us.

What this website collects

Nothing, until you send the demo request form. Browsing the page sets no tracking and loads nothing from other companies: the fonts, pictures and scripts all come from this server. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

The page sets one session cookie and one security token so that the form can be checked as coming from this page. They are needed for the form to work and are not used to follow you.

The demo request form

If you send the form we keep: your name, company, work email, country, how many sites you run, your message if you wrote one, and, for abuse control, the internet address and browser description your request came from.

• Why: to answer you and arrange a demonstration (our legitimate interest in replying to a request you made).
• Who sees it: the Owners of this installation, by email and in their list of requests. We do not sell it or share it with other companies, apart from the mail and hosting services that carry it for us.
• How long: until we have answered you and for up to twelve months afterwards, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you may object to our using it. Write to us from the address you used on the form and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your data protection authority (in the United States, your state attorney general).

Using Constructious itself

People who use the application have their own notice from the company they work for, which is the controller of that data. This page is only about this website.
